What is Planet Reuse?

Really it's simple.

Planet Reuse is the world's first website that connects buyers and seller of reused and reclaimed construction materials and equipment from around the world and allows them to purchase products online.

Who Uses Planet Reuse?

The answer is anyone who needs to buy or sell reclaimed, reused or excess materials and tools. This includes commercial and residential contractors, homeowners, architects, designers, architectural reclamation stores, selective demolition subcontractors and so on...

How Planet Reuse Works:

Sellers create a listing of their product for FREE and provide as much information as they can, including pictures, a verbal description, quantity and cost. (Make sure you take a picture or two!!)

Buyers can browse by a number of categories including location, material and product to find what they are looking for.

When the buyer finds what he or she is looking for they then proceed to checkout and purchase the product(s).

We provide shipping as an additional courtesy to our users through FreightQuote.com, the industry leader in providing competitive shipping bids from major freight carriers worldwide.

If you're picking up 15 tons of gravel for example, we arrange for a pickup option between the buyer and seller after the purchase, just make sure they have the "available for pickup" option checked. We value our users preferences and want to make the process as streamlined as possible.

Designers and architects who have projects trying to qualify for LEED certification can see the travel distance by looking at the more in-depth listing page and by using our convenient message board to answer questions about a listing.

We also provide a receipt that you can include in your project submittal binder, which includes amount, cost and travel distance of the reused material.

Sellers who list frequently on Planet Reuse get the added benefit of PR points, a reward system that is based on the dollar amount sold. PR Points can be redeemed for a American Express, Visa or Mastercard gift cards with values from $50.00 to $500.00. Simply click on the "Email to Redeem" button to tell us when and how many of your points you'd like to redeem and we'll send you your gift card. It's that easy!!

We believe a great business model is when everyone wins!

At Planet Reuse, homeowners, architects, and designers get to browse through a global database of available materials, unique in character and often at a significantly reduced cost.

Contractors and reuse professionals win. By having a comprehensive database to post their products, they are provided with a one of a kind resource to increase sales and limit the amount of time it takes to update a web store or bricks and mortar store.

The environment wins. In diverting materials that would otherwise go to further pollute our planet and fill our already overflowing landfills, we are making this planet a better place to live for our children and provide a precedent as a generation to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Planet Reuse charges a minimal fee for every transaction. We add this fee when a listing is created in addition to the listing price. What we include in this fee is the credit card or echeck transaction costs, the hosting fee, the site's maintenance fee and oh yeah we donate 10% of our profits to the World Resource Institute www.wri.org . If you haven't checked them out feel free! They are really doing some great things to further our promise to future generations.

Tips and Suggestions:

Tell buyers as much as you can. If you're listing a product with us try to be as accurate and descriptive as possible, Please feel free to use as much space and images as you need to accurately describe your product. Buyers purchase products that they feel has a sufficient amount of information. "Behind our back transactions" are not permitted. So keep in mind when answering questions not to list phone numbers and email addresses, users who choose to do so will be permanently deleted from our database. For buyers and sellers arranging pickup, we will forward the appropriate contact information to the buyer after the sale is complete. We're not being jerks, it's just how we keep the site up and running...and available to everyone else to use.

Get the answers you need. Planet Reuse in no way guarantees the quality or accuracy of the product description or the product from our users, so make sure you get all of your questions answered from the seller before you purchase the product.

Your user rating is your lifeline! We try to let everyone know who the great users are and also let others know of the "not-so-great" ones. Keep in mind that the higher the rating and number of great transactions the higher the trust level with your potential buyer.

List items in a reasonable quantity. Have 400 hollow metal doors and frames? Consider multiple postings in listings of 50 doors each. As we don't allow for "partial purchases it might make it easier for a builder who needs 42 doors to buy 50 then reposting that he has 8 doors to Planet Reuse then buying all 400 and having 358 left!

We are not an Ebay or a Craigslist. People don't bid on things and people don't list every item imaginable on our site. We keep it focused on construction materials and allow sellers to edit and delete items as they sell in their store or find some other use for them. We also have items being posted new and daily, so be sure to check the site out frequently as items are listed and sold on a first come, first served basis.

Wrap it good! As many shipments are considered "less than truckload" shipments, be sure to prepare and package your product with care so as things get jostled around there is no undue damage caused to your product during shipment. Bubble wrap is a great thing.

Have fun! List as much as you can possibly think of. Even the stuff you think might not sell...you might be surprised!

Advertising with Us:

We think our advertising partners are the cat's pajamas. We partner with companies from all over the world, who promote environmentally friendly products, services and solutions and we also screen and monitor who advertises with us so we keep it real. We offer two tiers for advertisers, the first is International/National and the second is regional and material specific. We admit, our listings move fast and we may not have the product a user wants. Enter region and material specific advertising. If a user is looking for reclaimed flooring in Minesota, or a host of reused office furniture in Shanghai your local ad is presented on the listing side bar!

While you can't give something away for free on Planet Reuse we do provide the option to create a listing for $1. Although it costs someone a buck it's as close to free as you can get!

Copyright and Privacy:

Legal jargon to follow, but in essence if you even think about copying the model we have for this site don't. We have worked long and hard creating this model and would be glad to discuss sharing the model with you and maybe even partnering on your future venture (other than construction materials), but if you decide to do it without asking and we find out about it our lawyers don't like that and will let you know...

Also we feel that we have worked way too long and hard and would like to think our wives and friends have had to endure this process for a reason.

Terms of User Agreement:

Before you may register or use PlanetReuse.com (PR), you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in this User Agreement. Use of the PR website and the services offered here constitutes your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated in this User Agreement and your agreement that you have read and understand the policies and procedures outlined in the how it works posted on this website.

PlanetReuse does not possess, offer or hold any merchandise that is posted for sale on its website. PlanetReuse is not the buyer, nor the seller, in any transaction posted on this website and does not possess any of the merchandise offered for sale. PlanetReuse serves as a venue for users to offer various items for sale. PlanetReuse has no means to independently verify the postings on its website or the identity of its users.

All items are offered "AS IS, WHERE IS" as announced at the time of sale without any warranties, express or implied, as to title, fitness for a particular use, merchantability or otherwise.

By listing items for sale on PlanetReuse, you agree and represent as follows:

You will accurately list the quantity, quality, safety, availability and all other material conditions of the offered items;

You have the title and authority to sell the listed items;

You possess the items listed for sale and they are reasonably available for delivery as described;

As a condition of using the PlanetReuse website, you covenant not to sue PlanetReuse (ors its owners, operators, employees or contractors) and you hereby release and forever discharge PlanetReuse from all liability or damages in any way caused by the listing, sale, nonsale, use or utilization of the services of PlanetReuse in any way which includes, but it not limited to: A waiver of mistakes of listing; a waiver of availability of the website; fraud or misrepresentation by the purchaser or seller including the identity of the seller, personal injury, or claimed warranties or representations of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanetReuse, its officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, contractors, vendors or affiliates, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of PlanetReuse, the violation of this User Agreement by you, or the infringement by you or any other user of this site using your computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLANETREUSE (INCLUDING OUR SUPPLIERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES) BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) RESULTING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SITE.

In the event that PlanetReuse is ever held liable for any claim in any way related to the services provided on this website, the limit of its liability shall be the fees charged on the particular transaction at issue.

PlanetReuse reserves the right to close any user account for any reason including violation of this User Agreement. PlanetReuse reserves the right to refuse or delist any posted item in its sole discretion.

This Agreement and the terms and conditions herein, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. You further submit to the legal jurisdiction of the state of Missouri and agree that any legal action or proceeding regarding this Agreement, whether it be on a local, state, or federal level, shall be brought in Jackson County, Missouri.

PlanetReuse.com is a service mark of PlanetReuse dot com, LLC.

Purchases must also comply with all applicable laws regarding taxation.

PlanetReuse reserves all rights to amend this agreement at any time and these changes will be binding immediately for all new postings and within 30 days for all postings. If you do not agree to such changes, you may request that we close your account by contacting us.

Privacy Policy

Collection:

You can browse our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States.

We may collect and store the following personal information:

Email address, physical contact information, and (depending on the service used) sometimes financial information, such as credit card or bank account numbers;

Transactional information based on your activities on the sites (such as buying, selling, item and content you generate or that relates to your account);

Shipping, billing and other information you provide to purchase or ship an item;

Message board discussions, dispute resolution, correspondence through our sites, and correspondence sent to us;

Other information from your interaction with our site, services, content and advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, ad data, IP address and standard web log information;

Information from other companies, such as demographic and traffic data

Marketing:

We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. If you don't wish to receive marketing communications from us or participate in our ad-customization programs, simply indicate your preference once you sign-on in PlanetReuse (or similar account status page) or by following the directions provided in an email or from a link on the advertisement.

Our Disclosure of Your Information:

We may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.

We may also share your personal information with:

Members of our corporate family to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and provide joint content and services (for example, registration, transactions and customer support). Our corporate affiliates will send marketing communications only to users who request these services.

Service providers under contract who help with our business operations (such as fraud investigations, bill collection, affiliate and rewards programs).

Other third parties to whom you explicitly ask us to send your information (or about whom you are otherwise explicitly notified and consent to when using a specific service).

Law enforcement or other governmental officials, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity. In such events, we will disclose information relevant to the investigation, such as name, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, User ID history, IP address, fraud complaints, and buying and listing history.

PlanetReuse participants under confidentiality agreement, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity. In such events, we will disclose name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email address and company name.

Other business entities, should we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity. (Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information will be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice.)

Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep the community free from bad actors, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement, other government officials, or other third parties without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss or to report suspected illegal activity.

Activity Associated with User IDs:

Your User ID is displayed throughout PlanetReuse and is therefore available to the public. All of your activity on our sites is traceable to your User ID. Other people can see your listings, items that you have purchased in the past, items for sale, feedback, ratings and associated comments, and so on. Notices are sent to other community members regarding suspicious activity and policy violations on our sites and refer to User IDs and specific items. Therefore, if you associate your name with your User ID, the people to whom you have revealed your name will be able to personally identify your PlanetReuse activities.

Using Information from PlanetReuse:

PlanetReuse enables you to share personal and financial information to complete transactions. We encourage you to disclose your privacy practices and respect the privacy of other users. We cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information and therefore we encourage you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of your trading partner before entering into a transaction and choosing to share your information. To help protect your privacy, we allow only limited access to other users' contact, shipping and financial information to facilitate your transactions. When users are involved in a transaction, they may have access to each other's name, User ID, email address and other contact and shipping information. In all cases, you must give other users a chance to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them.

You agree to use user information only for:

PlanetReuse transaction-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages;

Using services offered through PlanetReuse (e.g. escrow, insurance, shipping and fraud complaints), or

Other purposes that a user expressly chooses.

Cookies:

We use "cookies" (small files placed on your hard drive) on certain of our pages to help analyze our web page flow; customize our services, content and advertising; measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety.

A few important things you should know about cookies are that:

We offer certain features that are available only through the use of cookies.

We use cookies to help identify you and maintain your signed-in status.

Most cookies are "session cookies," meaning that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session.

You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although doing so may interfere with your use of some of our sites or services.

NO Spam, Spyware or Spoofing:

We and our users do not tolerate spam. Make sure to set your PlanetReuse notification preferences so we communicate to you as you prefer. You are not licensed to add other PlanetReuse users, even a user who has purchased an item from you, to your mailing list (email or physical mail) without their express consent. To report PlanetReuse-related spam or spoof emails to PlanetReuse, please forward the email to spam@planetreuse.com or info@planetreuse.com . You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement. We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not permanently store messages sent through these tools. If you send an email to an email address that is not registered in our community, we do not permanently store that email or use that email address for any marketing purpose. We do not rent or sell these email addresses.

Account Protection:

Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your PlanetReuse password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify PlanetReuse and change your password.

Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information:

You can see, review and change most of your personal information by signing on to PlanetReuse. Generally, we will not manually modify your personal information because it is very difficult to verify your identity remotely. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. Once you make a public posting, you may not be able to change or remove it. Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our PlanetReuse User Agreement and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

Security:

Your information is stored on our servers located in the United States. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use lots of tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, as you probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the site. Therefore, although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.

Third Parties:

Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. If you disclose your information to others, whether they are bidders, buyers or sellers on our sites or other sites throughout the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. PlanetReuse does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. Rules for Everyone:

There are rules that all PlanetReuse members, both buyers and sellers, need to know and follow. These rules are created to protect you and to keep PlanetReuse a safe place to buy, sell, and participate in the Community.

Rules about general member conduct

PlanetReuse members cannot:

Interfere with the PlanetReuse site.

Use profanity on the site.

Infringe on PlanetReuse's intellectual property.

Continue to use PlanetReuse if a member's account is suspended.

Make offers to buy or sell outside of PlanetReuse.

In addition to rules that apply to all PlanetReuse members, PlanetReuse also has rules specifically about Feedback, buying and selling.

Rules about Identity:

Member identity is a building block of the PlanetReuse Community. PlanetReuse treats member identity with great respect. PlanetReuse expects Community members to treat member identity with the same level of respect.

PlanetReuse members:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Cannot misrepresent their identities.

Must always provide valid and complete contact information and must always have a valid email address.

Cannot publish the contact information of other members in an online public area.

Must choose their User ID according to PlanetReuse rules.

Rules about communicating with other PlanetReuse members:

Cannot misuse the PlanetReuse email forwarding system, send unsolicited email (spam) or email threats to other members.

Must follow PlanetReuse's rules for PlanetReuse Message Boards, and Community Content (includes reviews, guides).

Rules about PlanetReuse's responsibilities

PlanetReuse's Privacy Policy specifies how your personal information is used.

PlanetReuse Employees are bound by all PlanetReuse policies and need to identify themselves as PlanetReuse employees when they bid, list an item or submit content to the site.

PlanetReuse appreciates your ideas, but considers these unsolicited idea submissions as non-binding.

Rules for Sellers/Listers:

PlanetReuse's policies are rules and guidelines that help to create a safe, fair and enjoyable trading environment for all PlanetReuse members. As a seller, you are responsible for reviewing and understanding PlanetReuse's selling policies, as well as all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in the User Agreement and in Rules for Sellers / Listers.

Policies and guidelines specifically related to selling an item involve:

Prohibited and Restricted Items -- What items can and cannot be listed.

Listing Practices -- Actions that are not allowed in listings.

Completing the Sale -- Practices that are not allowed involving transactions.

When policy violations occur, PlanetReuse emails the seller, as well as buyers that have communicated on the message board, that a listing has been ended. Learning about PlanetReuse's selling policies before you list an item will help you to avoid unintentionally breaking rules (including the law). PlanetReuse's selling policies are updated to respond to marketplace, community and security issues, so it is important to check them regularly for changes.

PlanetReuse's policies are intended to:

Support government laws and regulations

Minimize risks to sellers

Provide equal opportunity to all sellers

Protect intellectual property rights

Provide an enjoyable buying experience

Support the values of the PlanetReuse Community

Violation of PlanetReuse policies can result in a range of actions, including:

Listing cancellation

Forfeit of PlanetReuse fees on cancelled listings

Limits on account privileges

Loss of Seller status

Account suspension or deletion

Prohibited and Restricted Items:

Policies about listing items are often based on country and state laws. However, many restrictions involve the sale of controversial or sensitive items and are not necessarily prohibited by law. The limitations are a result of input by the PlanetReuse Community.

There are three aspects of item restrictions - prohibited, questionable, and potentially infringing items.

Prohibited -- These items may not be listed on PlanetReuse.

Examples of listings that are not allowed include:

Items that are illegal or that encourage illegal activity.

Items that are racially or ethnically inappropriate. For policy and examples, see Offensive Material Policy

Listings that do not offer an item or service for sale. For policy and examples, see Listing Material.

Services that are illegal, sexual in nature or that violate PlanetReuse's User Agreement. For policy and examples, see Prohibited Services.

Listings that promote giveaways, random drawings, raffles, or prizes. For policy and examples, see Bonus, Prize, Giveaway Policy.

Questionable -- These items may be listed under certain conditions .

Examples of listings that are not allowed include:

Listings of perishable items and do not identify in the item description the measures the seller will take to ensure that the goods are delivered to the buyer safely. For policy and examples, see Food.

Listing a reproduction of a Native American item and not listing it in the "Reproductions" section under the Native Americana category. For policy and examples, see Artifacts.

Other polices involving questionable items include Pre-Sale Listings, Vehicle, Vehicle and Device Listings.

Potentially infringing -- These items may be in violation of certain copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. Some items are not allowed, even though they may be legal, because they almost always violate copyright or trademark laws.

Examples of listings that are not allowed include:

Listings with counterfeit or bootleg items (counterfeits, replicas and unauthorized copies).

Listings that include disclaimers of knowledge of, or responsibility for, the authenticity or legality of the items offered in their listings. For policy and examples, see Authenticity Disclaimers.

To avoid creating listings that would infringe upon intellectual property rights, see Protecting Intellectual Property Rights.

Important: Protection of intellectual property also extends to each member's listings. PlanetReuse members are not allowed to use another PlanetReuse user's pictures or descriptions in their listings or About Me page without the owner's permission (see Item Description and Picture Theft).

Note: Even if you offer to give away for "free" (rather than sell) a prohibited, questionable, or infringing item, this will not relieve you of potential liability. This applies to both seller and buyer.

Listing Practices:

To promote a safe, fair and enjoyable trading experience, PlanetReuse has established a set of community standards and guidelines for listings and other community content. These include policies restricting the use of profanity, HTML and JavaScript and linksIn addition, PlanetReuse's listing policies provide guidelines on how certain items may be listed and described.

Actions that misrepresent items -- Misrepresented items result in a poor shopping and finding experience for buyers because their search results show listings in which the buyer may have no interest. These practices also result in an uneven playing field for sellers who do not use these techniques and attract fewer potential buyers.

Examples of listing practices that are not allowed on PlanetReuse include:

Using brand names or other words inappropriately for the purpose of attracting buyers to a listing (called keyword spamming). For policy and examples, see Keyword Spam.

Creating titles for listings that do not accurately describe the item for sale. For policy and examples, see Misleading Titles.

Listing in an inappropriate category. Item listings that belong in the Mature Audiences category that are found outside of that category will be ended. For policy and examples, see Categorization of Listings.

Listing items that include compilations and informational items that, for example, contain cross category information, are listed outside of the Everything Else, Information Products category, or are combined as bonus items with any other listing. For policy and more examples, see Compilation and Listings.

Buyers and sellers. Listing practices that circumvent (avoid) fees are unfair to sellers who pay the appropriate PlanetReuse fees and may provide a poor buying experience.

Examples of listing practices that are not allowed on PlanetReuse include:

Offering the opportunity to buy the listed item or other items outside of PlanetReuse.

Offering low item prices with no intention to sell that item.

Listing an item that requires an additional purchase.

Including contact information (e.g., email addresses, domain names, phone numbers) in the listing title, subtitle, item location, message board or images.

Listing an item where a seller allows buyers to choose from a selection of items.

Completing the Sale:

If your item sells successfully, the sale needs to be completed. PlanetReuse will contact both buyer and seller of the transaction and will accept payment and distribute payment to the seller. Accepting payment and sending an item that is significantly different from the item described in the item listing. For policy and examples, see Seller Non-Performance.

Refusing to accept a buyer's PayPal payment using a credit card. For policy and examples, see PayPal Payments Policy.

Charging buyers an additional fee for their use of ordinary forms of payment including acceptance of checks, money orders, electronic transfers or credit cards. For policy and examples, see Payment Surcharges.

Shipping Disclaimer

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact your shipping carrier immediately.

Purchaser accepts all responsibility to inspect their product prior to use and to make sure that the equipment and material is in safe and mechanical order. If purchaser is not qualified to inspect and service the equipment, they are are solely responsible to have any service or inspection performed by a certified professional. Purchaser is also solely responsible to wear all safety equipment when operating the equipment or using the product. Purchaser acknowledges that they are 18 years of age or older.

Damages that may occur due to customer misuse or improper care and maintenance including but not limited to lifting or moving materials, negligence by the user, or blatant misuse of normal intended operations are in no way covered.

PlanetReuse dot com LLC is not responsible for damages for incidental or consequential loss arising from injury. Use equipment and install materials at your own risk. Once listing has been purchased ALL sales are final. Returns or Exchanges are not offered under any circumstance.

Freight Shipping

The scheduled delivery feature is available for users to scheudule dates, times and pick ups through FreightQuote.com.

Choose the region where you want the product delivered.

Select the date you would like it delivered. Once you select a delivery date, it is the responsibility for both the buyer and seller to conform to these shipping responsibilities and times, using the email address provided with your listing reciept.

Upon purchasing a listing above 150 lbs in the "freight" category, we will send a shipping information email which will contain the trucking company name, phone number and your shipments tracking number. We ask that you contact the trucking company directly to coordinate delivery with the trucking company.

For deliveries under 150 lbs, the trucking companies will assume your business is open and staffed to receive deliveries Mon-Fri during normal business hours. For delivery appointments it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the trucking company to arrange a delivery appointment. Any and all redelivery charges incurred will be billed back to the customer.

Freight deliveries are dock to dock, which means the receiving party will have to take the product off of the truck. Truck drivers will get the product to the back of the trailer. Truck drivers are not responsible for taking product off the truck.

Lift gate and inside delivery services are available at additional cost when purchasing the listing.

Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. PlanetReuse.com is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend taking off any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves. In addition, please count the product before signing the delivery receipt.

If the product is damaged in any way during shipping, DO NOT REFUSE THE PRODUCT, you must receive the product and notify your shipping carrier and PlanetReuse at info@planetreuse.com to begin a claim with the shipping carrier of relevance.

Any and all damage must be noted on the bill of receipt in detail and signed by the driver.

If damage did occur during transit, a copy of the bill of receipt will need to be faxed or mailed to the shipping carrier of relevance and PlanetReuse.com in order for you to file a claim with the trucking company.

International Shipping

If you are interested in placing an order for some of our products and currently live outside the continental United States we must warn you of the risks involved with shipping an item.

Upon purchasing a listing PR allows for shipping to any address of choice, but in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, damaged or confiscated while in transit we offer no refund / return policy on your money.

PlanetReuse monitors listings, including reviewing reports of policy violations from its members. To report listing violations, locate the policy that is being violated, review it, and report the violation using the links provided on the appropriate policy page or click Help at the top of any PlanetReuse page and then click info@planetreuse.com on the page.

PlanetReuse's policies are rules and guidelines that help to create a safe, fair and enjoyable trading environment for all PlanetReuse members. Buyers Cannot:

Commit to purchasing an item without paying. To understand the penalties, please refer to the Unpaid item Policy.

Purchasing a listing ends the listing and is a binding contract. Insincere purchasing is not permitted.

Misuse the message board to manipulate the process. Requesting that the Seller reduce the amount or price of an item and not purchasing the edited listing is not allowed.

Buy an item when they do not meet the seller's terms as outlined in the item listing, or buy with the intention of disrupting a listing. This is known as unwelcome and malicious buying.

Both buyers and sellers cannot interfere with a transaction or offer to buy or sell listed items outside of the PlanetReuse site (see Rules for Everyone - Overview).

Violations of these policies may result in a range of actions, including:

Listing cancellation

Limits on account privileges

Enter the item number(s) of the listing(s) you wish to report.

Click the Send button to send your message to PlanetReuse Customer Support.

You can also report a violation by clicking the Help page int he upper right hand corner of all pages.

Note: Only report a case once. Multiple emails about the same case slow an investigation.

After your report is received:

PlanetReuse will consider the circumstances of an alleged offense and the member's record before taking action.

If a complaint can't be proven with certainty, PlanetReuse may take no action.

Due to privacy issues, it is not possible for PlanetReuse to discuss the results of an investigation.

Advertising Disclaimer:

General Technical Guidelines

Advertisements must not collect any information from or about individual users (whether or not such information is personally identifiable) without PlanetReuse's prior written consent.

All advertisements must generate a new window and the existing PlanetReuse window must remain open.

All advertisements must be in-banner and not expand, either automatically or by mouse roll-over.

All advertisements must not include pop-ups and pop-unders, nor may landing pages spawn pop-up or pop-under advertisements to a user.

PlanetReuse does not allow ads with flashing, excessive animation, "fake winner" copy or fake functionality such as HTML Drop Downs or Search Forms.

If an advertisement uses third party tags, please include specific trafficking instructions. A contact at the third party is required and must be provided to Planet Reuse prior to the campaign.

All impression delivery and billing will be based on PlanetReuse reporting numbers unless otherwise specified in the applicable insertion order.

All tags for Thank-You Placement must be secure.

If Advertising Content is late or do not meet guidelines noted herein, Planet Reuse reserves the right to extend the campaign by the number of days the Advertising Content was late in order to reach the contracted impression goals. However, Planet Reuse will work with the applicable advertiser or agency to deliver all impressions within the contracted flight dates pending placement and available inventory.

Advertisements may not use Planet Reuse logos or trademarks or mention or refer to Planet Reuse, its site or its brand in any manner without Planet Reuse's prior written consent.

Ads must incorporate advertiser's trademark. The messaging should not mislead the user.

Advertisements must not interfere with navigation on PlanetReuse.com, obscure other content or advertisements, access or alter computer settings or preferences or otherwise unduly or inappropriately interfere with the user's experience of or Planet Reuse's operation of PlanetReuse.com.

Advertisements must not trigger downloads of software to a user's computer without first providing the user with clear and conspicuous disclosures regarding the installation, operation and removal of the software, and providing the user with an opportunity to decline to install the software after such disclosures are made

The display URL must be the actual destination URL (i.e., the website that the advertisement's link resolves to, not a redirect) of the advertisement so that it informs the user of the destination website of the advertisement.

The destination URL of an advertisement must work properly and resolve to a working website. It cannot connect to an email address or file, and must not be under construction.

All advertisements must support "http:" and "https:" for visitors who browse and purchase in secure mode.

Foul, vulgar or obscene language or that features nudity

Content that is defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy

Hate speech ¨C inciting or advocating violence or racial intolerance

Content that is threatening, abusive, harassing, or advocate against a protected group, whether based on race, color, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, age or any similar or other category

Content that promotes any illegal or dangerous activity
