Ludowici 12" x 7" Brittany Tile

This historic Ludowici-Celadon Brittany tile with Norman style of surface, manufactured in the early 1900’s, is currently available. Reclaimed from a large mansion located in the upper mid-west, this genuinely unique tile has naturally weathered over the years to create a very pleasing and authentic look and feel of a true 100 year old roof with subtle mosses and lichens on the surface. This heavy flat slab shingle tile with stunning hues of red, brown, and black tones, is a rare find for any potential investor in search of a true European style and appearance. This Brittany tile with a pitted (Norman) surface texture is now considered obsolete in the United States and can no longer be reproduced to match it’s unique appearance and surface textures. Although new Ludowici tiles can be obtained, current manufacturing processes simply cannot recreate the natural weathering and aesthetically pleasing look that this tile has endured. For a very limited time, this tile, correlating trim accessories, as well as turret tiles are available and ready for immediate shipment to perspective investors. All tiles and trim accessories are packed in brand new four-sided wooden crates secured with steel banding. Perspective investors are guaranteed professional and thorough packaging with little to no breakage within each crate of packaged tile and trim accessories.
