Reclaimed Pre-cast Shelters

Attached the picture of a typical shelter (12’X20’).We'e included a picture of the interior of another shelter and a drawing/specs of a third Model. We have at least 20 -30 different configurations and manufacture/construction types. The building in the drawing is approximately the same size as the one in the picture, and it weighs about 58,000 pounds. Some of the concrete type are 36,000 pounds. We also have fiberglass models as well. They usually have two large AC units and electrical distribution equipment inside (see interior pic).

Georgia Pacific Broadspan I-Joists

Reclaimed Georgia-Pacific Broadspan I-Joists: these I-joists were reclaimed from an auditorium in St. Louis that is currently being demolished. They have never been exposed to moisture and did not have decking nailed to their top flanges so the only nail holes are on one end of each joist approx 30" from one end (8 to 12 nail holes). They are all 14" deep with 1 5/8" thick X 2 3/8" wide lvl flanges. They are all Broadspan BSI-700 Series rated so they are capable of spanning 24 feet @ 16" o/c. Gigantic Glu-Lam Beams

Longspan southern yellow pine glu-lam beams. They are ready to be removed from a large auditorium and are in excellent reusable condition with an oil based finish and minimal scratches. Two of the four beams have had weather exposure so one side of two beams (where exposed to weather) will need sanding and refinishing to remove the grayness. These beams measure 9" thick X 41" deep X approximately 68 feet long +/- 12". We will cover the cost of the crane to load them. Must be ready to take delivery within one to three weeks as this is a time-sensitive demolition project. We can make cuts with a chainsaw to shorten if necessary.
