looking for any material to build my Autistic son a room

Looking for any kind of building material to build an add on to our house for my Autistic sons equipment. We are wanting it to be like a "classroom" for him. We have some wood, but we need more wood, sheetrock, flooring,screws, or any other kind of material that is needed to make an add-on room to our home. Thank you for your kindness
