Structurally Sound Barn or House Wanted

I am looking for a structurally sound, engineered building to be used for either agricultural purposes or as a home on acreage in Hawaii (I can use either-- as I currently have bare land). Must be in excellent condition. Please forward all propositions. Am open minded to what I might be able to use. Love the timber frame barn look-- but must be able to be strong and secure in island environment. Thanks.
