PlanetReuse reserves the right to revise, amend, modify, or supplement this User Agreement without notice at any time for any reason. Please review User Agreement periodically. By using the Site following any changes to the User Agreement, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.
Copyrighted Material:
The Site contains materials that are derived in whole or in part from material created and/or supplied by PlanetReuse, other users, and other sources, and is protected by, without limitation, copyright and trademark laws. You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted material unless it is expressly stated otherwise, and that nothing may be used except as expressly provided in this User Agreement without the prior written permission of PlanetReuse.
PlanetReuse is a service mark of PlanetReuse, LLC.
Pursuant to the Digital Millennium copyright Act, PlanetReuse has designated a Copyright Agent to receive notice of claims of copyright infringement on the Site. By listing items for sale on PlanetReuse, you agree and represent as follows:
You are solely responsible for the listings that you make and the content thereof and acknowledge that third parties may hold you responsible for all content-related claims.
You are granting to PlanetReuse a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute and/or display the content of your listing, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium now known or hereafter developed.
You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are able to form legally binding contracts.
Your listing is free from restrictions on publication and does not infringe or violate any existing property right of another party;
You will not submit any content that (a) is fraudulent, obscene, pornographic, abusive, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable; (b) libels, defames, invades privacy, or publicity rights; (c) violates any law; or (d) contains a virus or other harmful component.
You will accurately list the quantity, quality, safety, availability and all other material conditions of the offered items;
You have the title and authority to sell the listed items;
You possess the items listed for sale and they are reasonably available for delivery as described;
The items which you are offering for sale do not violate any local, state, federal, or international treaties, laws, regulations, rules or guidelines prohibiting the possession, sale or distribution of your item(s). Seller and buyer are solely responsible for identifying, assessing the applicability of, and complying with any and all U.S. and International trade law and import and export restrictions and requirements;
At the close of your sale you will complete the transaction with the buyer as per the terms and conditions stated in your listing.
Seller and buyer are solely responsible for any and all applicable income, sales, use or other like taxes that may result from any transaction.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold PlanetReuse and its affiliate entities (including, their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, and employees) harmless from all liability and costs incurred those indemnified in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of any representations and warranties herein and for any claims related to your listings or the content thereof.
We have the right to disclose any information that we believe necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or government request or information that could prevent or assist in the resolution of any criminal, illegal, or inappropriate activity.
By purchasing items for auction on PlanetReuse, you agree and represent as follows:
You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are able to form legally binding contracts.
You will verify any necessary information with the seller before purchasing.
You agree that once you take delivery of the items, the sale is absolutely final and that you have no rights or remedy to a refund or credit of any kind after delivery.
You will inspect and verify the quantity, quality and all other material conditions of the offered items prior to accepting delivery of any items;
You are authorized to use the payment method utilized and that all funds are available as represented;
Seller and buyer are solely responsible for any and all applicable income, sales, use or other like taxes that may result from any transaction.
Your receipt of the listed items will not violate any local, state, federal, or international treaties, laws, regulations or guidelines prohibiting the possession, sale or distribution of the item(s). Seller and buyer are solely responsible for identifying, assessing the applicability of, and complying with any and all U.S. and International trade law and import and export restrictions and requirements.

As a condition of using the PlanetReuse website, you covenant not to sue PlanetReuse (or its owners, operators, employees or contractors) and you hereby release and forever discharge PlanetReuse from all liability or damages in any way caused by the listing, sale, nonsale, use or utilization of the services of PlanetReuse in any way which includes, but it not limited to: A waiver of mistakes, errors, or other inaccuracies of listing; a waiver of availability of the website; fraud or misrepresentation by the purchaser or seller including the identity of the seller, personal injury, or claimed warranties or representations of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanetReuse, its officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, contractors, vendors or affiliates, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of PlanetReuse, the violation of this User Agreement by you, or the infringement by you or any other user of this site using your computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
YOUR USE OF AND BROWSING IN THE SITE ARE AT YOUR RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL PLANETREUSE (INCLUDING OUR SUPPLIERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES) BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) RESULTING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PLANETREUSE DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY, OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE, OR MECHANDISE PROVIDED OR TRADED THROUGH THE SITE OR AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SITE. PLANETREUSE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER SITE USERS OR THIRD PARTIES AND THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU. General:
This Agreement and the terms and conditions herein, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. You further submit to the legal jurisdiction of the state of Missouri and agree that any legal action or proceeding regarding this Agreement, whether it be on a local, state, or federal level, shall be brought in Jackson County, Missouri.
If any part of these terms of use is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms herein, which shall remain valid and enforceable. These terms of use form the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between PlanetReuse and you relating to the Site and your use thereof and supersedes any prior proposal, agreement, representations, discussions, undertakings, communications or advertising, oral or written, relating thereto.
PlanetReuse reserves the right to amend this User Agreement at any time for any reason. Please review the User Agreement periodically. With the sole exception of listings existing at the time of a change hereto, by using the Site following any changes to User Agreement, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes. Changes to the User Agreement will become binding with respect to existing listings thirty (30) days following the effective date of such change. If you do not agree to any change made to the User Agreement, you may request that we close your account by contacting us.
Privacy Policy
Collection of Information:
We do not collect personal information from visitors to our site. However, we may use technology to collect anonymous, non-Personal Information that indicates how our site is used by our visitors. We use this information to improve our site, for example by enhancing pages or features that are visited frequently, and on occasion we may share this information with our affiliates or other third party companies to provide them with an indication of the amount of interest in our site for advertising purposes and to help us plan for technical improvements. This information will not identify you or any other user of our web site as an individual. No Spam, Spyware or Spoofing:
Spam may not be disseminated through PlanetReuse or using information obtaining through use of PlanetReuse in any manner whatsoever. You may not place any other PlanetReuse user, even those users with whom you are engaged in or have completed a transaction, to any mailing list without their express consent. To report PlanetReuse-related spam or spoof emails to PlanetReuse, please forward the email to spam@planetreuse.com or info@planetreuse.com. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement. We scan and filter any messages that are in violation of this policy and to detect any malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content.
Your Account Information:
Please take care in selecting an account password and do not disclose your PlanetReuse password to anyone. You are responsible for and may be legally bound by all actions taken in the name of your account on our site Notify PlanetReuse and change your password immediately if you suspect that your password has been compromised.
You agree to promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. At any time, you may request that your account be closed, and we will honor that request at the earliest reasonable opportunity. Please note, that we may retain information in your closed account in order to collect any outstanding amounts that may be due, resolve outstanding disputes, to assist with the investigation of any violation of our policies or applicable law, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Security:
